Mr. Refaul Karim is a Chartered Accountant having Fellow Membership under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. He also has achieved Fellow Membership from the Institute of Financial Accounts of UK and Institute of Public Accountants of Australia.

Mr. Karim is a founder member of the Bangladesh VAT Ber Association (BVBA). He is a Certified Financial Modeler and Valuation Analyst, having more than 15 years of experience in the field of Accounting, Finance, and Taxation. He has expertise in IFRS, Company affairs & Secretarial work, IPO, Tax Planning, Financial Modelling, Advanced Excel, Data Analysis, Data Automation, Power BI, Integration & Implementation of accounting software.

He is a Microsoft Excel Expert and Microsoft Certified Trainer. He is an MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VAT trainer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He is also an enlisted trainer of all the renowned training platforms of Bangladesh like enroute.com.bd, sudoksho.com,  thrivingskill.com, LSF & Co, IPDP Training, and Corporate Academy. He provides both physical and online training in the following areas -

MS Excel, Data Automation, Power Query, Power BI, PowerPoint, Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Financial Modeling and valuation.

Currently, he is working with Bangla Tel Group as CFO. Before BTG, he served several sectors like Software, Telecommunication, RMG & Manufacturing, Real Estate Company, and Autonomous Body in various positions.
